Upon successful payment, digital downloads and MRR products will be delivered electronically via download links or Account access. You are responsible for ensuring your device is compatible with the file formats provided. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses or technical limitations on your end.

4. Master Resell Rights (MRR) Products

4.1 License Grant

MRR products are sold with a non-exclusive, non-transferable license that allows you to:

• Resell the MRR product as-is to end users for personal use.

• Use the MRR product for your own personal or business purposes, as specified in the license.

4.2 License Restrictions

You may not:

When reselling MRR products, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring that your resale complies with the MRR license terms.

4.4 Verification

5. Intellectual Property

6. Refunds and Returns

Due to the digital nature of MRR products and digital downloads, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of:

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Maricopa County in the state of Arizona. For EU users, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
